Sean Walker
Manager, Web Services

Sean helps design the infrastructure and front-end aspects for the Co-op Web Builder (CWB) program. After serving as lead developer for six years, he transitioned into a management role where he has guided the team to achieve high member satisfaction ratings. Sean's responsibilities include organizing projects and development tasks and ensuring new features and websites are built on a consistent basis for member co-ops.

Sean's career path has included a variety of development and production roles. In his college days, he was even the lead singer of a national metal band.

​Sean has a B.A. in Digital Art & Animation and Art History. He enjoys painting, digital drawing and cooking.

Beau Townsend
Sr. Engineer Development Operations

Beau Townsend is the lead developer and co-designer of the Co-op Web Builder program as well as the technical lead on many Touchstone Energy digital projects. Beau's responsibilities include building and maintenance of platform-wide functionality and improvements, along with development of custom solutions for individual co-ops and digital enhancements in support of all of Touchstone Energy's business units. 

His previous experience includes time spent as a dial-up tech, cable-modem tech and help desk tech. Beau enjoys reading, playing drums, watching football, hobby programming, enjoying nature and spending time with his family.​

Faysal Mowdud
Cybersecurity Engineer

Faysal started at Touchstone Energy as a web developer helping members with site migrations and support. Today he is the lead cybersecurity engineer for the Co-op Web Builder program, ensuring member sites are secured and following best practices. His previous experience includes working for the NRECA information security team.

Faysal graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor's degree in web development and a master’s in cybersecurity. He also has a Security+ certificate and is studying for his CISSP.

Mohamed Cisse
Web Developer

Mohamed is a part of the Co-op Web Builder team. He's tasked with helping members build custom sites and supporting them through our ticket system.

Previously, he worked for Prince George's County Community Television (CTV) as multimedia specialist, where he found the unique opportunity to assist in the continued development of the CTV brand and was able to build and hone a variety of his skills, including web design, graphic design, photography and videography.

Mohamed holds a Master of Science degree in web design and development from Duquesne University.

Ryan Buenconsejo
Web Developer

Ryan is a part of the Co-op Web Builder team. He enjoys helping members build custom sites and supporting all types of requests through our ticket system.​
